Viewer was delivered fine but could not download software.Vista 64-bit. No response from customer service until after item had been returned. Could only leave a message when called. Response received via e-mail only refered to the original website.
Wow!! What a great price! What a great product! Very user freindly; instructions easy to understand and well written. I received the PAD-280 by USPS 4 hours ago; read the instructions, downloaded the software and loaded 259 photos into 3 diffent folders. The 5 folder feature is excellent for cataloging the photos. I perform energy audits and the PAD-280 eliminates the need to carry my laptop to discuss the photos with associates. The PAD-280 facilitates organizing the photos downloaded from my laptop in any order I wish. Can’t believe all those features and accessories come at a price of less than $20. Also, the shipping was incredibly fast from Amazon.
